Probably the same here as I am standing in line, however more people are joining the queue that people walking out the voting station. Seems some "bandwidth throttling" is going on inside them doors. What I don't get is why it takes so long to draw a cross? I mean seriously do people come here and look at all the pictures first, decide on whose face they like the most and then do their thing. I still think they should scrap the manual paper process and do it electronic mark your finger, scan your ID via barcode scanner to check voters roll and stamp your ID, you proceed to a computer and cast your vote via touch screen. If Internet banking and SARS e-filing can be made secure surely this can also be achieved. Maybe even have the ID scanning happening on the Voting computer itself, but I guess that would take the anonimity factor out of it.
Just some comments in the time I have moved 20 meters.
