MyBB guide to quitting smoking

Same here and I run at least 40km a week.

Its been a little more than 2 weeks since my last cigarette and my first time I did exercise this month, I was sick, but felt great running today.

It's quite weird because I did triathlons etc as a smoker without any noticeable issues. It was only after quitting that I noticed what a difference it makes.

I'm planning to do triathlons when the new season starts. It's also one of the main reasons I stopped smoking.

Days 8 is almost done... feeling much better... cravings are much weaker (almost non existent). One confession though.. I did have 2 cigarettes on Friday night , but strangely enough, I don't feel like it set me back ... starting to feel like I am finally kicking the habit.

Nice well done. Keep it up.

So I got 2 new cartons of smokes and I am lighting them up.... :D

what can one do for stress cos i feel that the cig will calm me down but i dont want to and need something

I use Rescue tablets if I'm stressed. You can get many natural calming agents or tablets at your local pharmacy. It will help you.

i give my dog those ...i dont think its that bad ....i just feel the cig will work ....

You can't give your dog that stuff, it will die.

The cigi won't work. You will be light headed, dizzy and plainly smoked and you will regret lighting it up.
