Not yet, but it would save going into the branches, which are going to be reduced by about 15%.I see Standard bank has now has a feature to reverse the debit orders on the app, anyone tried it?
I never went to the branch, their call centre was fantastic. Not yet, but it would save going into the branches, which are going to be reduced by about 15%.
Haven't tried it yet, apparently it uses the new DebiCheck system so it only pertains to new debits.I see Standard bank has now has a feature to reverse the debit orders on the app, anyone tried it?
Thanks, I'm not with FNB but I'll try something similar with my banking app.with FNB you can log on and click on that debit order and hit the Dispute button

I was serious, just wanted to see if anyone knew before making the mission to the bank!not sure if srs, but I'll bite.
Go to your bank to ask the details of the company/person debiting your account.
To cancel it, just log a dispute with your bank.
Good point, yes. I'd like to find out who it is first, before disputing it.And that will then tell you which company it is? So you don't accidentally cancel a valid debit order?
never tried it myself but i do see the Dispute Button there. And that will then tell you which company it is? So you don't accidentally cancel a valid debit order?
Thanks, that makes sense. Will do some googling.APL could stand for Automatic Premium Loanif that helps?
