Not yet, but it would save going into the branches, which are going to be reduced by about 15%.

Haven't tried it yet, apparently it uses the new DebiCheck system so it only pertains to new debits.

Hi all, I wonder if someone can help me.

For the last few years I've had a R72.63 debit order from my account, reference Apl736 012. I always thought it was my phone insurance. I tried to cancel it with Vodacom but they say it's not them. How do I find it which company is doing the debit order, and how I can stop it?

with FNB you can log on and click on that debit order and hit the Dispute button

Go to your bank to ask the details of the company/person debiting your account.
To cancel it, just log a dispute with your bank.

only way you can see the contacts for debit orders is via your bank. they should be able to assist you in finding out who it is

never tried it myself but i do see the Dispute Button there.
It must do something.
I reckon go ahead and try it out, soon you will know who it is when they try contacting you to tell you they havent been paid
