Nandos quality deteriorating?

The other thing, and I don't know if this is just my local branch, is that Pedros haven't got their hottest flavour to be hot enough.
 
Had Nando’s a couple of weekends ago after about ten years without and it seemed identical to me other than some menu changes.

Beats all the other takeaway options hands down for quality.
 
Used to regularly get Nando's 12 years ago or so. Used to be value for money. Their quarter chicken and chips meal for R25 or something was amazing value and you got a huge piece of chicken. Last time I ordered them I think my "quarter" came from a bantam chicken it was so small. Chip portion was also tiny and bland. For R50 it was small and left me hungry. I don't bother with them anymore.

The half chicken meal is about right for one person. Not sure why they even waste time with the quarter chicken on the menu.
 
Nandos is about Marketing nowadays, much better tastier and cheaper grilled Chicken is everywhere.

also Nandos is bigger overseas than locally.
