Nandos quality deteriorating?

Im not a fan of Pedros (well, takeaways in general I guess), because it tastes like they microwaved the food. But then again, as per above, I won't touch Nandos chicken again either. At least Pedros is slightly cheaper and their BBQ sauce is a nice alternatice if you want a break from Nandos peri sauces. But nothing compares to my Philips Airfryer.

Nando's has been deteriorating for some time now, with their university-graduated chips, bowls, etc. 10x the price of other competitors like Pedros. I'm really surprised they are still around; they are expensive for the cr@p you get, with subpar taste with bland food and empty stores. One would have thought that Nandos would have seen the writing on the wall and started taking action, but no. More expensive and bad "food" with tiny portions. Chicken sent to university, tastes worse than spaza shop grills

I literally lived on Nandos every evening 18 years ago. They made a ton of money from me........and then they started slipping. So I started making my own chow using their sauces I saved in my fridge from previous orders.

Nandos chicken livers hot used in lots of other simple meals for taste works like a bomb lol.

So I ended up ordering only chicken livers and used that to make my own lekker food. So from say (in 2008) R80 a night for a double cheese and pine burger down to R80 a week for one order of chicken livers which lasted a week. Win win for me. Lose lose for Nandos.
