So the resolve is? Hitler. He did not like the Jews for the same reason the Black people does not like White people.

And I did not fall behind, this is our whole company policy. ( International company ) This only means that stats in this country are screwed with. Will we ever know the whole truth? I think the numbers are cooked. Same as the Crime stats.

I didn't realise black people have a dislike for whites. More likely some black people & ditto the white folk.
The Hitler example a little extreme - superior/pure/Aryan cleansing & all that doesn't quite fit in here. I thought racial supremacy was the preserve of white folk in any case.

Oke but it started with his problem with the Jews having the strong hold on the ecconomy. The Cleansing thing came later. And why can it not be the other way around?

By the sound of BEE and AA the black people in this country does not like that white people have a stake in the ecconomy.

Sounds like Hitler too me.

I just think that BEE wll just make not want to do what it is trying to enforce.
You know what humans are like. Just because you say they have to do something they do not want too. They will create loop holes. It's got nothing to do with race just because it is forced.

But that is just IMO.

You IMO is flawed. I don't think the bolded part merits a response. It smacks of willful ignorance of epic proportions. I don't believe you think that's the reason for BEE/AA.
 
Oh another question is: You are not allowed to fire someone for being white. So how will you decrease the gap?

Will it not take at least two generations for it to realistically balance out?

I mean where will all the 40 year old white people go? F they do their job and not get fired, there is nothing you can so about it?
Or do I miss the plot?
You can never replace experience and education with just education.

My mother always say I ask Why Like a two year old. But I Want to know. :o

So yes I do have come to conclusions that might be wrong. That is why I ask.:)
 
Mila has got a very valid point with the Hitler comparison though. People like Malema do not help in decreasing that perception

Remember in his twisted mind, he really and truly believed he was doing what was best for his people.

The perception is growing at the moment that the ANC is failing on it's morals and charter. The ground-root supporters are starting to lose hope with them as is evident by the many service delivery strikes taking place round the country. However it is people like Sexwale, who will win back the heart of the people by punishing those that have abused their power.

It's old but true, power corrupts but absolute power corrupts absolutely and the ANC has proven this in the last 15 years. Corruption , fraud , scandals. Yes these exist in politics but I bet that people who truly believe in the ideals that they are supposed to represent did not think it would ever happen.

My point is that AA has been debated to death in these forums & you have actively participated in those debates. If you hadn't followed selectively you'd have realised that the main thrust for AA (as a policy) was explained to death too.

But I'm afraid it appears you have seen what you wanted to see... It's a very common human trait this selective hearing/seeing/reading when you read things with a closed/pre-conceived take of the mind on things.
 
The more developed the nation, the more narrow the difference between rich and poor. Go to Europe or Japan and you'll see that the difference is much less than in countries like Brazil and SA or India.

Salaries have been rising because the inflation rate. The Rand is worthless - basically - in SA everything is so expensive.

That's why it's called "old money" I guess. They don't have anything to prove, and have probably realised that the less known about ones riches , the better
Ever hear or see members of the Walton family in the headlines? and the 5 siblings occupy positions 6 -10 of the richest people in the world list.
Ever even heard of Karl Albrecht? #3 on the list

I've also noticed old Billy seems to be flying under the radar lately as well.
