Hey mybb community,
I require a smallish vehicle.I prefer driving a hatch back and my budget is R100 000.
N.b I do not want a polo vivo or any other vw.I like the up but doesn't have enough bootspace and 2 door cars won't be suitable.
The cars are am considering are : Opel corsa,Ford figo,Ford fiesta and Suzuki Swift.
It has become very difficult to choose because I have read a few threads on mybb regarding ownership and it has just confused me.
I threads have given me the impression that the Suzuki 1.2 is unsafe,Ford figo is heavy on petrol,Suzuki parts are expensive and come with a waiting period and Opel has electrical problems.
What mileage should I consider in a used car.I obviously don't want something with 300 000 km on the clock but what is appropriate milage for a used vehicle ?
N.b Mr postmanpot I don't want an Audi from 10 years ago.
I just need a hatchback that drives well and isn't too old.I am considering cars from 2010.
I want a car that is confident around corners and is fun to drive.I will therefore be excluding any Kia,Hyundai and Toyota. The numb steering wheel feedback, uncertainty around corners and overall boring drive is a turn off.
I have been looking on Auto trader so far and cars seems to be cheaper at these no name brand dealerships.I am familiar with the likes of automark,GM,cmh,McCarthy, etc.
Am I being to fussy regarding which dealership I am keen on?
Cheers
