Need help moving to a New ISP

Seeing that you are already paying R400.00, I suggest that you look at a 2Mbps Business uncapped account from Afrihost, if don't want to go the capped account route.
 
Neotel fibre solutions are uncapped and unshaped as well.
They are also less contended than an adsl line, so it better up and down speeds.
