Need some help, What do you think is wrong ? (Tried everything :/ )

That doesn't explain why it works 23 hours in the day. Hardware doesn't fail for 10 minutes in a day.
Intermittent fault speaks to something else. They changed the DSLAM and the local loop you said? So can't be a port.

The behavior sounds like (but it's not) something logging in with your account, thereby kicking you out.
 
Sorry, just read back a bit. If you take your router to someone else's house and use their DSL line, does it work fine i.e. if you leave it connected for an extended period does it drop? You said it worked perfectly - it this over a period of time?

If that is the case it is conclusive evidence that it's Telkom that's at fault, because you have eliminated everything else.
 
Yes, i have tested my router at another house for a few days. No drops whatsoever..
Everything else has been eliminated :/ , it has to be the copper or exchange..
 
Well given you have eliminated everything including trying another ISP and Mweb says that they can see you have been disconnected then to me it would seem that the problem lies with Mweb
