Buy a router then you can have wifi in your house in Kraaifontein in the Northern Suburbs in the Western Cape.

I am in Vredekloof (close to the Shell/Spar/Tops on De Bron rd) and apparently I fell in their "good zone", sure Kraaifontein would be covered as well. Looks like they offer a free trial still as well, so if you are covered at least you could try it out before signing up officially.
