Neotel authentication/accounting?

Hi Guys

I haven't used a Neotel device before and need to know a few things regarding authentication and accounting for a research assignment

1)Do the Neoflex devices dial pppoe sessions with unique usernames and passwords for each customer?

Or how does neotel record the usage of their customers?

I am only on Neotel Prime Unlimited so I can't help you with any of that, have you read the FAQ's though?

Neoflex uses pppoe with user and pass for each user.

Yes you get a unique username/number and pw, you then set it up on your router to connect with. Your username is also region specific [like a landline "011" or "021" number].
