Neotel can't...

Everyone knows I'm in the process of getting my Neotel setup, check: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php?t=156792

But here is the funny part... everytime I call and query my account, they can't get hold of the distribution warehouse / courier people who deal with the devices.

I phoned 3 times today, each time, they try and call the people and their excuse is that they can't get hold of them.

WHO THE HELL IS DOING THIS FOR NEOTEL!
I PERSONALLY WANNA SCREAM AT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! USELESS FCKERS!
 
It's Telscums fault that the warehouse' phones are off dude :mad: :p
 
I had the same problem. They told me for a week that the device was with the courier. Either they should be firing their courier or they are lying to us. You pick.

Shame dude. I feel for you. :(

The same thing happens when your device breaks(and yes it will, often). But keep on calling them, don't believe them when they say they'll call you back, they won't.
 
I know they won't call, so I spoke to a 'supervisor' and demanded he call me back by 4pm with results.

If not, cool, I'll scream at someone tomorrow morning - I'm being nice still - nice with a bit of a raised voice.
