Neotel network problems persist

Could you guys with trouble with neotel perhaps enlighten me as to whether neotel in Elarduspark pretoria is having over subscription problems. I am currently using vodacom 3g but in recents months that has certainly become over subscribed, even voice calls are a problem, ecspecially after 8.

You're absolutely correct as to the constant disconnects, it's a HUGE frustration. Actually, looking at the Status window one notices up-traffic taking place, but down-traffic simply comes to a grinding halt. Upon reconnecting things (sometimes) go normally for some time - could be seconds, minutes, rarely hours.

If Neosnail talks about OVERcapacity, they are talking c*ap. Just how many Neotel users are you aware of, how many Neotel phone numbers have you seen advertised - in the 10+ months of my Neotel membership I got to know of exactly ONE other person. It could well be that user-numbers they quote are suspect to start with, also seeing that they offer rather restricted coverage.

Neotel users would not be moaning on forums like this if they did not have a gripe, hence the problem is for Neotel to get their house in order - before Cosatu gets hold of them!!
 
I have given my opinion on this some months ago when I had endless issues and eventually asked them to collect their equipment. When asking the Neohell techie what the issues was, he indicated he doesn't know...and added that he uses Telkom at home instead of Neohell...
