Yea, since Neotel is not actively participating on these forums [not seen the rep saying anything in awhile] , this is the only other place to highlight and hopefully "encourage" Notel to respond or do something or actually realise we don't find their service acceptable.
Neotel is probably the main reason why i went straight to Telkom [quite ironic]. It's unbelievable to think Telkom have better systems in place, and i mean -basic- account management systems and helpdesk systems that is lightyears ahead of these guys. ...and at the end of the day Telkom is still cheaper and more reliable ...seriously, how can anyone do business like this?
You know what really take the cake? When Neotel phone me and the line is breaking up with heavy delays between responses which sounded exactly like a slow VOIP connection with horrible voice quality. I tell the guy to phone me on the landline, same thing. Telecoms company who do not have ability to even have a crisp clear phone connection?
