If you actually read the whole thread you see that there was nothing wrong with the PSU that was tested for two days continuously , Two day later the OP's partner picked the PSU and was shown before he left that it was still running , so how come it becomes our fault when we proved to him that there was nothing wrong with it , even the OP himself when he brought it in claiming it was dead and smoking was shown it was running and opted to leave it the branch and post , two days later it was still running with no fault so where are we in the wrong on this one , Must we just swapped out every time a client or a MyBB members claims something is wrong without testing the item, honestly no company in South Africa would just do that.
