lol well evidently its not a simple fix.. they started looking at the pc at 9am... still nothing.. so i am thinking a component was DOA....

well i spoke to soon.. they just smsed me to say its ready... turns out it was a faulty graphics card.. so collecting it at 1

they claim they have put one in.. but when i get there i will make them open the box up so i can check what they have replaced... yes.. possibly.. i have trust issues lol

well i just collected the pc... the fan and missing screws are in.. and the graphics card too... now i just have to wait till i get home to test as none of my monitors here at work have a DVI connector and i left the DVI to vga converter that came with the card at home lol

so the smile has returned to my face

well.. i think i am in love lol its all installed and soo fast.. definitely money well spent... won't be playing too much with it till the weekend tho.. got an exam on fri..
