New MTN Mobile Internet Data only contracts?

Does anyone know if these contracts see image are usable in phones? Or do they have to be used in mobile routers. I can’t seem to find terms and conditions and always hard to speak to a person at MTN.

I have a MTN prepaid sim currently but would like to add the Mobile Gold 15GB for 149 a month. Cheaper than Afrihost.
They also use these contracts for the Tech on Contract from Incredible Connection etc.

Problem is this: To stay aroused by riveting conversation with MTN representatives ... you first have to find any riveting conversation whatsoever.
