That is a R5000.00 fine for using the proxy and it is claimed as the cost to trace you, finding your address, calculating the traffic used, printing and serving the invoice and following up that the additional account is paid in full.

1. Transparent. They do not hide information about your IP address. Usable mainly for transfer speed improvement.
2. Anonymous. Do not send any variables with your real IP to host, but they send variables indicating that you are using proxy.
3. High Anonymity. Do not send ANY variables indicating that you are using proxy server to host.
ONE MORE THING PLZ DONT ABUSE
Its easy. Anyone who can google can find open South African proxies. I had done 102GB on one proxy when I used a your-freedom premium account.
But just so you know. You have pretty much doomed them when you posted them here. Once they Telkom/IS see all the traffic on the proxies they will investigate and find that they are open. They will close them fast.
If you can't find open South African proxies I suggest you learn how to use a search engen.

Who are you anyway? Why is the proxies open to public? If used for browsing why would that be an issue?
