What really sucks is that when people with no rep, rep you, you don't get any points :mad: I've had quite a few already and now they mean nothing :mad:

you do get a few points, but much less than if a high ranked & repped poster votes for you.

go to your CP. you will probably find that the points are not enough to add a green block, but they add to the points to get another..

Edit: Go look at your CP & see how many points you have now. I just repped your post...

Then they are fractions, because when I had a certain amount, people who had no reps, started repping me (that sounded funny :p) and my tally remained the same (I mean points, not green blocks).
I had 104 until a few minutes ago, when ChilliGirl and copa repped me, so now I have 180.

then you are dangerously close to another green block.

So rep someone & then ask how many points they have before & after yourep them, then you can see your "voting-power"

Currently I have 234
 
Hmmm... maybe someone with 3 green blocks gives 30+ and those with 4 green blocks gives 40+? Seems that way. Would explain ChilliGirl and copa's total.
