News Server On CellC?

You could try XS Usenet free 1Mbit limited service for starters.

cellc you will have to pay for one

or use limited free ones.

The free account on Xsusenet is limited to 1mbit/s, and 25gigs per month.

Astraweb have a good deal, $20 for 3 months -> unlimited use at 10Mbit/s, 20 connections, 1809 days retention and SSL.

Its not free but I think its pretty decent considering the competitions prices.
