I have zero data connection on my Afrihost mobile account since 3 days ago.
When switching the APN to the MTN APN, I do have a data connection. I have reported this via support notices in the Client Zone every day since then, and have had zero reaction thus far. Not even a message to say that they are investigating?
I'm going away on holiday and need my data connection for that. Using the MTN prepaid connection is costing me unnecessary money.
This is the second time in two weeks that I've been having issues with data. My mobile service has been flawless until the 18th. So what now?
