I see you criticising people who play the game instead of the game itself. The post I quoted was all about NMS players.

it's just the animals. you'll see when you scan plants it doesn't show you a count

Oh is it? Considering I was talking about NMS fanboys, then spent a paragraph on the shortcomings of the game and made a jab at players only in the last paragraph. Is this more of that selective reading, like my comparison between ED and NMS yesterday?

I guess I must go sit in the naughty corner. Maybe for punishment I should play NMS more, on top of the 20 hours I've already clocked in it. :whistle:
 
Good lord, can the haters just leave their opinion and **** off? I'd love to have a thread to discuss the game itself with others playing. Not little trolls sitting watching videos and spreading them?

How about no. I played the game and this isn't a praise thread, so I'm allowed to voice my opinion here. How about you **** off and go find your own place to praise the game if criticism is making you so butthurt?

The problem is this game has seen so much Blind hate, often from people who haven't even played the game or played 10 mins and decided to jump on the hate train. People are now super defensive about it. its becoming difficult to tell the difference between criticism and hate!

I love the game and put in stupid amount of hours and going to put in a ton more, yes the game has it short falls but i love this game and it can only get better!

I'm not wanting a praise thread. Just a thread void of those trying desperately hard to convince the rest of us its a trashy game.

If you're playing it, then add your input about what you did / what you want / what frustrates you. If you've stopped playing, why are you even here?

I totally agree bud. I actually don't give a **** anymore, trying to hold an intelligent discussion with haters is just pointless. Actually the main reason I joined this thread early on is because it was the one place where the haters didn't gather to compare dick sizes.

yeah that's normally the first place I look. and in the one instance I got the bird (had to shoot it down in order to scan it) and I was still 1 short. and there was no water on that planet. so after a dozen or so fly/lad/search attempts I just gave up. crafted 5 Magmox and made my own 200k :)

Selective reading much? I've already done that. You're welcome to read the entire thread to see my input about the game. What I'm now doing is discussing the game with people who engage with me. Sorry you have to read posts you don't like, but you're more than welcome to discuss the game at your leisure. Nobody is stopping you.

Also, since when can you only discuss games while you're actively playing it?

It would be insane to spend that much on a ship. Keep doing those crashed ship activities until you get an awesome ship.

I haven't played the game and with mods now available I might start.

I've only watched reviews and gameplay, both good and bad, and the main thing I've gathered is people seem to forget this is a indie game, it was hyped up and marketed as the next big thing AAA title but it's made by a team of 15 guys.

I'm only on a 27 slot ship now. that's A LOT of crashed ships to fix to get to 48 slots. And then I don't get the "design" I want
