Northriding ADSL line disconnected

Hi. My line had been disconnected since start of December. Anyone else having similar problems or know what's going on? Telekom very unhelpful and all they say is the call has been escalated....but still waiting. :-( anyone know how to get things like this sorted? Or expected tat??
