Nvidia GeForce NOW SA launch

Stupid question, did you do other stuff on your device while the browser is open. Do i litterly need to stare at it and wait or?
I had my Edge browser juss open and was busy watching stuff on my main browser and juss switched back when I wanted to see if anything changed and boom, I could see the third option.

Yeah i got it to work, how long did it take for the payment to go through?

When you guys signed up to get notified last year, did you get a confirmation email of any sorts?

I can't for the life of me get that Nvidia popup to show - I guess it's because I never signed up for the beta (and damn them man I own a f'ing Nvidia Shield and should be given priority!)

I been testing on laptop this morning just with fortnight and it works but still find it a little laggy. Anyone else finding the same?

CS2 wont go in keeps saying must try again and the same for Black Squad

I wouldn't play competitive shooter with GeForce Now. Even if you have amazing internet, there will be dips and lags here and there and when that happens, you lose.

Yeah input delay is noticeable...but not much

Im playing competitive games right now, Apex Legends, Fortnite and so on. At first the delay was very noticeable but got use to it after an hour or so. But its really amazing service and cant wait for everyone else to try it.

Both my boyfriend and I played a few different games like Starfield, the latest Tomb Raider and Fortnite last night and this morning on default settings. Overall no real lag could be seen except for maybe a few slight frame jumps in Fortnite, but I thought maybe that was just a hiccup in rendering the game itself as I did not see any network icon in the top right which usually pops up if it's network or internet-related. So far it's quite enjoyable - I was worried that streaming to Cape Town from a server in Johannesburg would be noticeable, but the latency is only around 19ms.

So maybe try a few other games as well. Also try not to stream over WiFi as WiFi is still not as good as a wired connection to the router.

O jirre tjom I reckon CS2/CSGO is probably the hardest Dark Souls-tier use case in game streaming.

I think games streaming is probably great with slower paced and cinematic games etc, think uber high reaction time stuff probably doesn't gel well with these kinds of services.

Flipside is uber competitive stuff usually runs pretty well on absolute potato toasters.

I'm also one of the "Pay as you Use" subscribers on the old 4G package, and haven't received an invite either. Oh well, guess we just need to patient and let them iron out the kinks before they open up the flood gates completely. I wonder what the monthly subs will be once the service is out of beta  .

This service will be amazing for those that can't afford to have their own gaming rig, thinking specifically here about students who don't have the necessary funds. Also, this would help in growing competitive eSports at my university where we don't have PC's that can run CS2 adequately. Yeah yeah, I know - don't play competitive shooters on it, but for casual scrims and hosting LAN tourneys, this would be kick ass!
