Yeah same, i have a monitor with a 21:9 aspect ratio so right now im playing with black bars. I did notice that if i set my dpi high on my mouse and a low sensitivity ingame it eliminates input delay for some reason.

Man the fact that JHB always get the lowest latency, when the f'ing cables terminate in CPT pisses me off no end :ROFL:

I am a bit late to the party. Been following this thread. I think what they are doing is absolutely amazing tech-wise.
Who would have thought that something like this would come along?

My ping is also between 19 and 21ms - I'm also in Cape Town. Hopefully GFN is a massive success in SA and then Rain & Nvidia will add more servers at Teraco in Cape Town too.

FFS, still no invite on my side and I'm based in Bloem. Seems like if you're not in Gauteng, Western Cape or Durban, one always get the short end of the stick (except for @cavedog , you in Gauteng and also unlucky).

I think my hardware is going to be interesting because it will really prove the point of cloud gaming.

AMD FX 3500 + 24Gb DDR3 1800Mhz + AMD R360x

She's a bit tired.....

Same stupid reason we didn't get servers for that one game ( can't recall which, battlefield? ). They think there's no market.

It does so they deserve it. Call of Duty is P2P so don’t think we need the servers for them. Don’t play anything else online to care after that

That seems silly, over fiber your latency from Bloem to Jhb is tiny.
