Nvidia GeForce NOW SA launch

1698347599827.pngWhen I click the learn more on the GFN website I get to this page, could just be routine maintenance but it could also be GFN going live. (hopefully)

EDIT: It takes you to the same page when you type in the normal rain web address too.
EDIT 2: Seems like it was routine maintenance, disappointment yet again

Does anyone else own AC Origins on Ubisoft Connect? All the other AC games are available to play via Ubisoft Connect except Origins. And I tested it with a different account connected to US/EU servers, and the Ubisoft Connect option was there. I think it's an issue on Rain's side.

Should I bother emailing Rain?

Try a resynch in your profile? Don't see why rain would be involved, that is likely between geforce now and ubisoft.

Tried that. It's available on my other, non-rain account. I chatted with Nvidia support and they said that it's an alliance issue.

Can somebody that owns it on Ubisoft Connect check and see if it's available for accounts logged in via Rain?

That ubisoft connect issue does happen from time to time with alliance partners so I'd say you should contact them. Either call or send that rain rep a PM.

Edit: Nevermind, just log out then log back in and the option will be there.

Wow, signing out and logging back in actually worked! I tried damn near everything except this fml

It's such a simple/obvious thing to do too

I can't get AC Mirage to work still. Solution is apparently to log in via pc --> allow some popup --> then relaunch game in GeForce now. Problem is I don't have a Windows PC and Ubisoft don't have a macOS client... :X3:

There's no need to install the client on pc.
Did you buy the game or are you using ubisoft plus?

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate --> linked to Ubisoft --> Game played via GeForce now.

There's a bug in the Ubisoft client where there's some popup GeForce now doesn't see. The only fix I can find is to install the Ubisoft game client on a pc first --> run the game --> accept the popup --> then retry on GeForce now.

Not going to argue, but I'm not the only one.

The caveat is the Ubisoft client is Windows PC only and I don't have a PC I have a Mac with macOS so i'm **** out of luck.

EDIT: DOH I think I found the issue.
Ubisoft has linked 7 games to GFN, but under my GFN library AC Mirage comes up (so 8 games total visible vs 7 actually sync'd). Thus it's not actually in my Ubisoft sync'd games list, but the UI makes it seems like I have it, hence probably why it fails to launch (just crashes, no license warnings etc).

Idk about that pop up, if it's the one that you see at the bottom left before the game launches then I've never really paid attention to it.

Here's what worked for me:

Just log into your ubisoft account in your browser, go to the store then look for AC mirage.
Once you're there, choose ubisoft+ then just click "Play Now".
It should just automatically add it to your library then resync your account in the GeForce Now app.
