Yeah I got called too and im going for the priority for now.Got kicked on my account, family member's accounts still logged in. Just got a call offering a slot but they can't add it to my account that I used with during the beta.

Yeah the alternative now is to use someone elses account since I can't create a new one on my ID. In the process of sorting that out now.Weird.
They should be able to just send you a payment that you'll use to complete the order and further enable priority/ultra on your account.
I got the email for the payment. I just click kn the link and pay. Im also using the same account i used for the beta.Weird.

Hi J-4ce@rain_mobile Is there any way to just add the subscription to the account I have used during the GFN beta? I was phoned by a Rain spokesperson and told that it is not possible since the Rain account system does not allow it, because I already have a Rain 4G package on the system and that prevents you from sending the subscription link. The alternative is to sign up with someone else's Rain account, but I can't even find a way to create a second account. Cutting someone off from GFN before the weekend is not cool.
As soon as the phone call ended. In my case they had to send it again since the first was invalid so the rep stayed on the phone to confirm the second payment attempt worked.How long did it take for you guys to recieve the email for the payment? been waiting almost an hour.

It also appeared in my 'my rain' dashboard as payment failed or awaiting payment at the time as well, but I haven't attempted the payment there just to be safe.
