So once again O-Tel disappoints us as their portal, website and all my phones are down. This is happening far too much for a system with so called redundancy? i call BS. Anyone know of good alternative providers that will actually have redundancy in place? I need about 150 extensions.

Our web portal was undergoing a major upgrade on Wednesday, which did not affect our telephone network.
How were your phones down? We had no downtime on phones.
The only inconvenience was that our online airtime purchasing was disabled, but we were processing orders manually.
