these guys can provide something along the lines of Disney or Ceebee's then we'll downgrade

What age are your kids? CeeBee's never looked particularly suited for any age group - so I'm interested that it does have a target market. :o I have a stash of video (gummy bears, duck tales, etc, etc) that fills the gap beautifully.

when they talk series i am hoping they mean playing series closer to current in US..

overpriced from Monochoice

That it is, but it is the main reason Multichoice charge what they do. They deliver a quality sports package that people are prepared to pay for. It's the rest of the programming that is up to

"ODM Chief Marketing Officer Elouise Kelly says that the company is currently in discussions with various networks and channels throughout the world and they expect to complete negotiations and contracts by the end of February. “One of the networks we are chatting to are Fox,” said Kelly."

These guys are still chatting ??? Wonder what they have been doing for the past two years.

We tried MultiChoice's compact package but with no children's tv to speak of we switched back to the full overpriced bouquet.

If these guys can provide something along the lines of Disney or Ceebee's then we'll downgrade [or remove Mnet] and subscribe to ODM.

Ditto. Sounds like our household.

If they can get F1 at a lower price than MC, they will have my business.

www.foxafrica.com/ the schedule on there hasn't been updated since September wonder if this will be the entertainment channel.

All the shows on that schedule are early seasons of shows that has already been on monochoice

Apart from MGM and Fox, I don't see any mention of the program details as specified in the title?

sports and documentaries are priceless imo

Fox News = Right wing agenda always, i don't think their ideals would fly here (not to mention some fanatics host some shows on that network)

percentages are all screwy

It's right.

It's a multiple choice poll and the total number of voters is 85 at the moment.

So for movies, 60/85*100=70.59%.

All it's really saying is that 70% of all voters want movies, 66% want series etc.
