Hi,

I am really hoping someone can help me out with this. I have a user on Mac running Office 365, everything works fine, but everytime she open hers Outlook a sign in pop out screen comes up asking her to log into an account like [email protected]. If she doesn't sign in her mails won't connect. MS support has asked me to delete all Keychain attributes and uninstall which I have without any luck.

Anyone had the same issue?

P.S: multiple users are running on Mac without this issue.

How was the O365 purchased? Through a vendor or directly from MS?
That logon is the default when a O365 account is created.
Maybe that logon was used to logon and download the O365 from the portal, but now she is logging on with her default email address?

Through a vendor.
I think that might be the case, but how can I now get rid of that logon?

I seem to have fixed it, I completely uninstalled again (removing all files as well) deactivated the licence in the Admin portal and downloaded again from the Admin portal not the App Store.
