Dude they are in Midrand. Email them. You can arrange with Ashley a date and time to drop the old phone off and pick up a new one.

Email to [email protected]. This email address is on their website. Louise will redirect you to the right person (Ashley). They respond very quickly. Might want to do it before people go on leave
 
I have dust in my front camera, unfortunately that speaker grill is held on by a screw that you can't get off without taking apart the phone. Do you think regenersis could help me out? Front camera pictures are even grainier than usual now.

That points to a build flaw. Send an email to them. They should cover that.

I sent it in through MTN as they cover the courier costs (I am in Cape Town).

Took three weeks, but that's only cause MTN is slow.
 
I need some help. My puppy got hold of my phone and bit it. So now I have a cracked screen and am looking at getting it replaced. Problem is that I can't find any body in Cape Town who has spare parts. Can you guys recomend some one down here who can help me and if not what would be the next option. Maybe speak to Regenersis?

While I'm busy, what is the deal with the purple have in low light when trying to take photos, its really irritating.
 
Got my phone back. Free replacement. S OFF, hboot 1.44 with Android Lollipop GPE

Just got my m7 on the Maximus Lollipop ROM. Battery life seems to be better, and love the additions the material design brought (even though its sense on top of it)

Guys I still have that purple hue on the camera... Have phone for like 15 months with MTN. Phone on s_off and gpe Android 5.Can I still send the phone to regenesous and what will the cost be?
 
I have a sim free M8 (purchased through orange store online). Lollipop update is available. +-700 mb. Will download and update tonight. :D

Regenersis does not open/fix phones. If there is something wrong with your unit, which there seems to be, then they will swap it out for a refurbished one(new as you can get without getting a new one from the shops)
 
It looks like stock lollipop binaries got released a week or so ago and the great mike1986 has been hard at work to bring us the new Android Revolution HD running 5.0.2. I flashed it yesterday, seems great so far except that the new ART runtime breaks Xposed Framework and thus no Sense 6 toolbox :/

I relented last night, paid the $25 to have my handset s-off'd, and flashed the latest firmware and 5.0.2 ROM... but InsertCoin rather than RevHD. Lollipop's noice.
