People are spoiling him giving him the benefit of doubt about not being able to sign players, yet Chiefs are beaten by teams with no big names in their squad.

You are right, even NFD's Richards Bay beat them! He's got virtually the same squad that took the league to the wire last season!

The whole team and the coach are pathetic but it's clear even to a blind man that Khune is doing bad blunders every game including yesterday's.

It's not him alone, I blame the coach for playing a guy that's clearly low on confidence and past his best.
 
Khune having a good game, Chiefs defence fumbling as usual, a couple of crucial saves, one of them being a clear goal scoring opportunity, no critical comments from the commentators about the lethargic defence.
 
And just to prove that all the hullabaloo around Khune is much ado about nothing, a needless penalty given away, Chiefs scores one goal and goes to sleep, absolutely no chances being created.
 
The team isn't doing particularly well, is it? Who's to blame?

It's partly Hunt's fault though not totally his fault. They might give him until next season besides, who is better that is on the market? If Pitso ends up getting sacked by Al Ahly (that could happen if they have a run of bad results or exit the Champions League early), maybe they will become more open to sacking him.

What options do they have to replace him though? It's either they go with someone hardly inspiring like Tinkler or opt for an unknown European journeyman which does work out well every now and then.

I can only see them pulling the trigger if Jingles gets sacked. While it looks unlikely now, we know Egyptian clubs are quite eccentric.

Benni McCarthy is looking very good but I think he's getting paid well, so much so that only a Euro club will be able to buy him out of his contract with AmaZulu.

Kutumela has almost single handedly taken Maritzburg United out of the relegation zone when they looked doomed.

That is definitely a player Chiefs should look at. Maritzburg will sell for the right price as they have more or less accepted that they will always be a feeder club.

It's Judas Iscariot they need, not Kutumela. I have a feeling Kutumela would be just another Kambole, it looks like Hunt does not prefer such players since it looks like Zuma is also on his way out.
