Official LG G2

Rooted mine within a week of buying it. Works fine, and the root check gets reset when you use the LG software to redo the firmware.

Rooted mine on day 8 :P

Looking into custom ROMs, not sure if I will go that root just yet.

Xposed framework working well for me.

(1) Advanced Power Menu > add additional options (screenshot, data on/off, reboot to recovery, etc.) to power menu
(3) Soft Keys Fade > hides soft keys after ~3 seconds
(4) status bar scroll top > move to the top of a list or page by tapping status bar

And there is another one I use, called G2 Xposed.
 
FINALLY got my LG G2 delivered :love:

Love the black - makes the screen look even nicer as it blends in with the xtra thin bezels.

now i need to get me a screen protector and cover. which cover would you guys recommend / which cover u guys using ?

Congrats, man. Enjoy. I am using the Spigen Slim Armor cover with an Obliq Zeiss Pure Crystal screen protector. The protector doesn't go edge to edge, but is clear and does the job. The case is just awesome.

I have this Voia quick window case. It came with the phone in the box. Works well.

Locally, no. Spigen does international though, and I got mine thru Amazon, though apparently that is hit or miss these days.

Got one of those too. It irritated me that I had to open it up all the time.
 
Hey guys just want to get in on the thread. I've had my g2 for 5 days now(loving it) and am currently running stock ROM with furnace kernel (HAD to have intelliplug and a decent governor)

Anyone with GPS issues?

Also am going to flash Black Pearl ROM soon as it downloads. Anyone with some experience?
 
Question guys, those that got this phone on Vodacom, did the phone have branding on it like with Samsung does with their phones? Was there Vodacom wallpapers and stuff like that?
