He's been getting pretty good results so far, imagine if that team actually manages to back him up... I mean dude... this is the worst United team I have seen in close to 14 years. Berba, Vidic and Rooney excluded.

Haha. Yes, it is a weak team this year. But we could still win quite a few trophies, starting with 19 TIMES :D
 
I dunno dude. Rio is back to his worst, VDS is really old and might be more injury prone than last year. The only creative sparks you have are Rooney and Berba (and to be frank, Berba is a hit n miss, while Rooney is all action, no thought)... You'll do well, but not anything like the last two/three years.
 
I'd be happy with the league - which is the way I feel every season.

CL is overrated, and so are the domestic cups :o

(Unless we win one/all of them ;))
 
FA Cup is cool man. The league is the crown jewel according to moi, would prefer league to CL any day...
 
I really don't see us doing too well in the CL. We could get far but it won't be pretty. Think our midfield will destroy the team. Absolutely NO creativity apart from Giggs. Should focus on the EPL and FA cup.

Buy Akinfeev and da Silva and we're good to go :)

I agree - just wish that everyone else would start to rate it again. And it is always the last game of the season.

League and Cup double is the way forward :)

If Evra wasn't playing as well as he does, Giggs would be useless. Evras roaming runs give Giggs some breathing space to create chances and come up with surprises. Then again - Giggs won't be able to play all the games this season and he is a big part of the team.
 
Well do name them. Mebe you'll surprise me. Evra has been absolute fail last season. He runs around like a mindless idiot sometimes.
It's all well roaming around and not being able to do anything, especially score goals

Marek Hamsik maybe? I've seen him playing quite well - or what about the Atomic Ant? They are both highly creative midfielders who are electrifying on the field. You have enough beef, all you need is someone to make the plays. Like for like? No one, but then again... this isn't the 90's anymore.
 
Yes I know he is a defender... but so is Ashely Cole*spits*.
We should be getting Da Silva's more playing time :/

I do agree we have a very good midfield combination.
But we just don't have 1 player that has the firepower to change a game. So i'm asking an opinion about it that's all :)
 
Coley doesn't score either dude. He's had one or two goals recently, but his goal tally is in the single digits.

One really creative player and maybe a midfield powerhouse in the mould of Essien.

That said... I reckon Mikel would have been epic if Mourinho hadn't snatched him from you lot. He is a very creative midfielder and very powerful. Not a good tackler though and that's why he is doing kark. Hopefully Ancelloti makes something from him.

As to who you guys should buy... Giovinco. He's awesome dude. I remember watching him for the first time (properly) against Chelsea when we played Juve last season. He was brilliant. Really don't know why he doesn't get more game time :(

I would like Iniesta,Deigo,Camoranesi or Giovinco :D
 
Fat chance on Iniesta or Diego. Camoranesi is getting on in years now and would only be a stop gap. Why go for him when you have a good enough oldie already playing for you? I mean at 33 he's no lightie. Giovinco would be perfect imho.
 
lol Gradius, da Silva as in David Silva midfield player in Spain...

Giovinco is a tad too small to be in the EPL... he'll get stomped to death there
