Hope it's not too late by then...
Lots of players. There are players out there better than Giggs. For me Giggs has his moments, but more often than none his age shows.
So its all good having a few moments of brilliance now and then, but wouldnt you rather have a more consistent performer every week?

Both young and will run circles around any player.
Evra 2 seasons ago, was the best left back in the world in my opinion. Last season he was poor.
Left Back's scoring goals are like chickens teeth. I actually cant think of a Left Back who scores lots of goals.

Evra is highly underrated - especially in the Fantasy. He never gets any bonus points yet his runs down the left not only provide crosses and goals but also open up a lot of space in the midfield for the rest of the team.
Also, unlike other attack-minded defenders (see the entire City back 4 and Glen Johnson and Bosingwa) he is actually damn good at getting back and actually defending. Rio could take a page or two out of his book when it comes to the latter

That's the thing though - he is brilliant with Giggs, as he opens up so much space for the old codger. Still think he is amazing though. As a wing back, he beats the pants off Glen Johnson anyday imho. I really love watching him play. Not as good as Coley mind...

That has my vote as Most Useless Post of the Week. Tied with Cantera's rubbish about Rooney in the FIFA 10 thread. Dude. Someone asks if there is a replacement for Giggs and you ask whether they will play like he does at 35... WTF?
Smokey, Cantera is only pro Barca/Spanish me thinks he's either one or married to one
Compare that to the likes of Totti and Maldini. Giggs is most likely on par with Maldini in terms of status.
GIggs was is and will always be underrated due to his reluctance to play for England instead of Wales... he's achieved so much with one club...
