....or that your current No.7 was a Liverpool player for most of his career. It must hurt.

I honestly don't care about that. Why would I? I like Liverpool sometimes (ie when they're not in direct competition with us). I like the history, most of the players, the club itself. I'm not a big fan of Benitez, but then, to be fair, a lot (most??) Liverpool fans don't like him anymore either.

and for all of that career he didn't win the EPL...gonna hurt you guys when he wins it with us...(oh! and also when he kisses our badge...hehe)

I was thinking the same. Hope he comes off the bench and scores against them as well - that would be epic :)

well he's already admitted United is BIGGER and BETTER so I wouldn't be surprised if he plays and scores the winner ;)

Obertan began his career playing for his local club in Pantin before moving to a higher level joining Paris FC in 2002. After spending a year there, he did what most youths at Paris FC often do and joined Paris-Saint Germain. Following another year of training, he moved to the famed Clairefontaine academy in order to further his development. It was here where he was first spotted by Bordeaux scouts. After a year at Clairefontaine, he moved to Bordeaux to begin training with them.

.

United never developed him. That is my point.

....but no one said that he was developed by Man United?

Anyway, he's being developed further by them now and I'm sure he will benefit from it.

Then your point has nothing to do within the context of the conversation we were having. It's like walking into a conversation about chocolate and suddenly saying "but it's just not cheese".

fishfly pointed out that I would say that he was not developed by United.

I merely pointed out where he was developed.

Take that stick out of your arse and relax.

No, he made a snarky comment about how you would would come along and say United poached him.

Start reading properly and someone might take you seriously.
