Well we always knew how much they relied on Torres and Gerrard. Just like we apparently relied on Ronaldo :)

You did rely on Ronaldo. However, the team is much better (not the individuals... but the team)...

Hehe - the team is no longer shaped around Ronaldo. We have had to adapt - and we have. Giggs is awesome:)

Nah dude, the team is still suffering somewhat from Ronaldolessness. The thing is, it is together enough to push forward in a "difficult" period. That's thanks to the vets (Giggs, Scholes and whatsisface the right back). Oh yeah, and Rooney. You are not the same team as last year and still need something extra to be unstoppable like you were back with Ronaldo.

Yeah - we need to buy someone in Jan. But I reckon we have enough for 19 TIMES. Which is all that matters :)

Don't be too sure of that - it's going to be a very close season. I'm enjoying how it's shaping up...

Haha, I am pretty confident to be honest.

No one looking like they are really going to challenge. But it is a loooong way to go still.

Christmas usually sorts the weak from the strong, and then the African Cup of Nations will sort out Chelski.

Pool are out already if you ask me.

Arse look like they can always score, but they will always have too many off days I think...Good for the fantasy, though.

If Chelsea get through Afcon without sustaining major wastage and Tottenham keep plowing away like they do then we could see a nice finish to the season.

I hope it'll be over by Jan already, then we can focus on the other trophies ;)

Killing off Pool next week is key.

ill have to stick with smokey on this...
we (utd) wont have it in the bag just yet, this is haping up to be a season filled with surprises & could very weel go down to the last game.
and yes utd is not the same without ronaldo, but we adapting well & team just needs to be more focussed

Definately... with the xmas period coming up teams will definately be stretched... I think Arsenal will still make it in the top 4 the way they playing they might not beat United, Chelski, but they sure can whip everyone else 4-3 or so :)

Pool is definately taking a strain already, if Rafa risks Gerrard tonight I think Rafa's gonna have a major headache for the next couple weeks leading up to xmas

Yeah, Arse do look interesting - Remind me of us in the early 2000s - might concede a few but always outscore the opposition.

Nani up to his same nonsence yet again. Holding the ball and then losing it, only to flop around on the ground.

Fabio definitely isn't as good as Rafael.

I started watching when Krasic vaulted through the right side and nearly scored. He must have been surprised that he got that close... :p
