Kaka isn't the player he used to be at AC Milan anymore. He's been struggling with injuries and a dip in form recently.
I think he fell out of favour at Real and hasnt quite been given the opportunites. When he came back from injury last season you could see his quality.

The whole situation seems like Real are just ready to get rid of him - Ronnie lived up to his price tag and Kaka hasnt and now they are frustrated. They didnt even use him yesterday when they were struggling and they are now buying Modric - how does that motivate a guy and make him fight hard to get over injuries - almost like a Berbie situation

Alexander Buttner set for medical ahead of Manchester United move
Manchester United have agreed a fee with Vitesse Arnhem for Alexander Buttner and the Dutch defender has arrived in Manchester for a medical.

never heard of this bloke until now, but seems like a useful buy.

Im looking to get a ticket to the Reading vs Man U game in Dec. Hopefully see RVP and Rooney in action :D

2 and a half hours till kick off!!!! SO EXCITE!!!!!! :D

Not expecting much, Everton away is always a tough match and Carrick will ne next to Vidic in defense tonight which makes it worse.

Van Persie to come off the bench and net the winnner muhahaha :p

Why aren't Evans/Jones/Smalling playing CB?

Injury hell for us at the moment, well at least as far as CBs go.

Hopefully, we can stick it out this game and get mini-revenge for that draw last season. Amped to see RVP and Kagawa in action for us, even if it is only off the bench

Not surprised by the result, that's Everton away for you.

Kagawa was brilliant!! Really excited for him. Most of the team were poor except for Kagawa and De Gea.

Kagawa really impressed me as well. That's at least one positive from the game.

Yeah I also think so. We can push on from here, not too worried. Nani needs a clout though.

well nothing new ...we start krap so i didnt even bother biting my nails and stressing

its a marathon not a sprint :p

good thing was kawaga and rooney for me had more of an impact than RvP and rooney and i think rooney and kagawa will be very good playmakers ...they linked well

our rb.. why not rafael ..

carrick could not defend agains fellaini ...he was brilliant

for 70mins evra was the only one on the left ..all our attacks came from the middle or the right and when nani switched and when young came on we tried alot more

de gea impressed me alot ..he is a good stopper but still needs to control his box with rio and vidic infront of him

cleverly played nice ..but out of position alot and you cannot have scholes alone in the middle

but yeah a long way to go and once our defence is back ..watch the goals and enjoy

Just before the corner I questioned why Carrick was marking Fellani. You would think vidic would take that responsibility.

This +1. IMHO Young should have started ahead of Nani. Slowly falling out of favour with Nani and his arrogance...

welcome to reality united fans. the game just showed how vulnerable your defensive midfield and backline is. even vidic and evra looked poor on defence. strange that fergie keeps buying attacking players where the defence needs real attention. by the time he realise and want to go in the jan transfer, then city will build up a decent gap between them already.

i must say that fellainy dude was immense. he actually took on the whole united midfield and defence literally. what a player, only if liverpool can sign him and use him in the gap behing the strikers and in front of our midfield. he is class. maybe we can throw carroll, adam and downing in the deal.

i was also surprised fergie did not tell vidic to man mark fellainy instead of carrick that could not deal with him. fergie seems to have lost his touch already.
