Is there anyway to have audio profiles on this phone like nokia symbians. as i find it very annoying if you change the sound in one part such as a game it changes the sound in the whole system

You talking about the Media Volume? I'm not too sure about standard functionality, but I'm sure there must be an app on the market for that. Timeriffic is brilliant for scheduling changes to your volume, screen brightness, WiFi on/off, etc...
 
Finally got mine yesterday from Expansys, took 4 day to arrive. The longest 4 days mind you.

Can't seem to send or receive :(

can someone please tell me why launcher pro is better than touchwiz?
what are some of the benefits?

What firmware version are you on? I had problems a while back with MMS but i am on vodacom. It would just sit on "downloading" and "sending".
After my recent firmware flash it all worked 100%.
 
@Kamz that looks correct you can always try and install new settings via USSD *123*1# then follow the menu

Vodacom MMS settings are on the Vodacom site.
Launcher Pro has better widgets vs Samsung ones, way better customisation and other features you might find useful (no scrolling background, scrolling dock icons etc)

Well for one it doesn't look like an iPhone kockoff :p
I like the fact that I can hide apps from the app drawer. So no more duplicates of stuff that I have on the homescreen and in my homescreen folders. And I can hide a whole lot of other crap that clutters up the app drawer. That's the biggest one for me.
I also like having 5 icons on the dock at the bottom, so I have email and my internet browser there. And instead of an icon to open the app draw I now use my phones home button for that.

Tried that even gave them a call. Got the settings resent installed it.
But when you go to Settings > Wireless and Network > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

It doesn't come up so i manually added one

the scrolling dock is cool, is there a way to add more docks?

also is there a way to add some of the samsung widgets into launcher pro desktop

or can you guys recommend a replacement for the

1) task manager

2) weather widget

3) power control widget.

The wonderfull feeling of being a Noob :D

My mms just worked ? on mtn...

mom sent me a pic, ive sent a pic no issues. no setup done.
