Hey Guys,

Anyone else experiencing latency issues lately?
I'm on the fat pipe package and for the last few weeks my ping degraded from around 189ms ping to Europe up to about 250ms ping on average now.
 
Maybe they have different networks for ADSL than for VDSL because my connection rarely gives me any trouble. I should add that I have a open guest SSID to which many of my neighbours/passersby connect.

I constantly have the issue. It helps if I do a port reset. The VOX mobile app works well for this. I do find it seriously frustrating to have to go through the process every second day.

I have a 20Mbps VDSL line and sometimes drops to 2Mbps. After the port reset it returns to 19Mbps. I have also replaced my router without success.

No Acid, you need to give Voxy your account details so they can "investigate" the problem. Their network engineers don't seem to know that there are problems. Weird that vox cant notice when their bandwidth falls apart, as these are not isolated complaints.

It's also not like the problem suddenly appeared, I have been struggling with intl pings for the past few days.

I am also getting variable speeds via p2p, maxing at about 1-2mb/s... So getting about 10-20% of full line speed. Sometimes way less.

Pfft they have my damn details... Im part of the client base which is complaining... just fix it ...

Problems problems problems, at the end of the day some people have problems and others dont, im not sure why everybody needs to give out their details, please enlighten me ? Surely this issue can be sorted out as a whole ? Im getting constant time out's & high pings again today, if i dont get timeouts i just get really terrible ping. Vox are you just going to carry on lying to people ?
 
Each case needs to be investigated 1st which one can understand, usually when i had issues it was mostly Telkom Line or Router issues. Vox FatPipe happily running on my 10 mbps line (12/1 sync)

Can confirm. Hearstone dc and lagging whole morning. Suddenly blizzard client can not connect but steam is working.

I only complain about vox when im 100% sure its their fault hence trying different accounts and having no problems at all.....
