I would suggest getting the Vox Mobile Application on your phone.
You can check any outages ongoing with the impact and the current status.

Torrents 100 kbps here Browsing, Streaming and youtube seems ok but slow max 4 mbps from 10 mbps line

Not great for a supposedly unshaped package !

Same, they must be updating and working on some things and thought it's best to do it Sunday and not Monday in business hours.
