Sorry. Should have added that I did try that as well (as per your last suggestion). Still an issue.

Only thing I have found to work so far is the switching routers.

But this time I mean switch it off for a while, 30 minutes.

10 should honestly be the same thing but just try it, it's essentially a port reset without having to call them, if it's good and then degrades it might just be exchange congestion.

I really hope not congestion.
Telkom upgraded 2 years ago after a 12 month fight etc.

Thanks for your assistance. Will see how it goes over the next couple of days.

When you say Kodi I assume you mean some plugin/addon for Kodi?

Yeah. But every single addon suffers - YouTube one included. But if I got to YouTube website or the YouTube app on my phone - it is perfect. Even p2p amd hhtp downloads are fine.

Comes with a 24 month contract, which I don't think a lot of people would fall for. I'd rather just grab a decent sized fat pipe account in addition and let those megs accumulate :)

Nope. You can go month to month if you don't want the free router and LIT TV box.
 
very unhappy with VOX Fatpipe... worst weekend I had with VOX... my fatpipe had been very unstable and could not download nor stream and my port had been recreated last week. time to leave I think... VOX died along with the bolt on it seem....
 
was going to go Vox, not anymore. seem worse than telkom, Checkout doesnt work, spoke a consultant on live chat that had literally zero idea what he was doing.
 
tweeted them about the checkout last night. Fixed this morning.
