Account in the toilet some last week. Sport says it’s telkom. Telkom attempted a fix today. Same kak like the night before. The level of support has dropped at Vox. So much so that I’m considering afrihost for fibre. Very disappointing. Been with them so long with limited issues.
Exceptionally poor service. Period. As soon as fiber lands locally I am off elsewhere.
Fortunately I had this as a backup account which accumulated monthly data enough too pull me through the lean times on a minimal budget. But honestly it's not worth the bullshit that the "support" staff attempt to feed you when you question them from a reasonably informed technical level.

I'm in cape town, cannot get fiber in my area, been using rain 24/7 but want to change to VOX pure dsl because the price is right, had no dsl before but had a telkom lanline years ago that got disconnected. Is VOX the right option?

I switched from afrihost to vox's 20mbps pure DSL. Afrihost definitely better. But the price for vox service is lower in price. But it comes at a cost of stability and poor service.

Did anyone else notice a change in their monthly package? I am signed up for a 200GB fatpipe account, but now it shows as 500GB?
