Sadly it seems that another promise by WA has not been kept. For over a week, not a word from either of you guys even though there are lots of issues

Good to hear :)

So are you going to go back and address the posts you missed?
Or just act as if they never existed?

@LazyLion - have requested to DM us with your details so we may have a look individually and assist

Thanks, but it was 5 days ago. I got it sorted myself (at least I went in and fixed it in my help panel after some WA idiot set my main account to be cancelled).

@LazyLion - Will ensure this service managers are aware of your feedback - thank you for your efforts and time

How is this possible?

As per some of my previous posts, my DSL console was not working at the start of the month (not the first time either).

So on the 2nd I did a big DL during DL+ hours, but it was allocated to my anytime data. WAHelper has had the engineers check three times and they tell me nothing is wrong.

So I go and get the excel spreadsheet on my detailed usage and on the 2nd there is an allocation of 22 gigs for 08:00
2017 6 2 8 22844,27

Now, I have a 20 meg line which when going at full steam won't even get a 7 gig DL during an hour, yet WA allocates 22 gigs for one hour and then have the cheek to tell me everything is fine and nothing is wrong and all data is correctly allocated.

All the time wasted to try and get them to see sense and they just deny deny deny

WAHelper please explain to me how the above can possibly be right? Next what are you going to do to sort this out?
