Can confirm. Slow as **** again on Monday at 20:30. Screw you WA, you're useless and I'm moving away. Idiots.
 
I know it's just been a holiday and whatnot but how long does WA take to take ones money and update the account to reflect that ...... 3rd of the month already :erm:
 
My ticket was closed after 2 weeks with something very close to "we are so sorry it took longer than normal to respond to this ticket as our backlog is larger than expected - we hope things have improved with the network issues you are experiencing in the evenings, if not be sure to contact us again".

I mean you can't make this **** up.

I’m guessing:
(1) Never
(2) WA couldn’t be arsed
(3) What slow speeds everything is fine ?
(4) See 1,2 and 3 above

Sad to see this level of deterioration.

Time to move chief. The more people moving away from them the better. Thats the only way to sort out the arrogance of WA. I recall once upon a time Telkom behaved the same, not that Telkom has changed that much.
 
Literally unusable. Barely loads web pages, can't even stream 144p youtube. Their own website doesn't even load.

The drops in speed and massive increase in latency are consistent every single night between 20h00 - 23h00. What is happening? Why is this suddenly an issue?

What the hell has happened to this ISP
 
More profitable to charge clients and under supply.
Question is, how many people actually get another ISP, and how many just put up with slow internet.
 
I too am wanting to jump ship from WA due to the latency and slowness issues experienced over the last month and a half, I understand that there are issues that crop up and upstream providers may not always be the best to deal with but, this keeping quiet when there are obvious issues every night at the same time has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

They are going to hemorrhage customers if they keep this up... I am always willing to give a company the benefit of the doubt but when you paying for a service that is unusable it leaves little room for patience.
