Yep, I was a PC/Windoze user from year dot. Always wondered what was up with the Mac users, that they were so fervent about their Apples. Then one day 3 years ago, I had money itching to be spent on a new toy, so I bought a new iMac, to see what the Apple fanboys were on about. Well, 3 years later, and I have become one of them...It took me several weeks of getting used to a new operating system etc - but once I was past that step......eureka !!!!!! I knew then why the Apple guys were so passionate about their Macs. Damn !!!!! These machines are beautifully made, and OSX is smooth as silk as an operating system. I am up and running within a few seconds of powering up - with windoze I would have to make coffee, wash the car, play with the dog....before I could start to work on the PC.

I now have 2 iMac's 20" and 24" and one 15"MacBook Pro. Also added a few iPhones and iTouches to the growing Mac family at my house...

Man just dont go back to windows. Once u get used to all the mac shortcuts and toys etc. u will get so frustrated. Everyday at work I hit F3 looking for Expose' and cmd+q.... i also close all tabs in firefox and then try to open one, and i have to relaunch. Small things, but they get very irritating.

Digicape dropped of a few macs a while back, but they were sent back, they are not keen on bringing mac in yet. Sucks for me!

i miss the simple things like nero etc, but i am getting workarounds which work well.

My "workflow" uses both pc and mac, so i will most probably never leave windows but both work :D and have their strong points.

Yep Toast is awesome. Although 99% of the time I use Burn Folders in Finder, iTunes or Disk Utility - all built into OS X!

I still use the Toast Titanium version for Tiger - from 2006. The first Toast to support Bluray. It still works 100%.
