I get the feeling a lot of late 2019 flagships will be following this +6.6inch Display trend and 90% display ratio, so OnePlus did a good job on jumping on it.7 Pro is going neck to neck with $1000 flagships and all indications are it might still be slightly on the back burner re camera performance and some of your nice to have's, like IP ratings and wireless charging but what swings it back in favour of the Pro has got to be the screen! 93.22% screen to body ratio, no notch, practically bezel-less, 90hz refresh rate, Amoled... add to that ufs 3.0, 855 snapgragon, andreno 640 and you got yourself once of the most competent all rounders on the market. Starting at $669 it's a relative bargain!!
Isn't it $669 not $699?I see the European pricing is absolute garbage.
I can buy from either the UK or French OnePlus.com stores, but both prices suck:
£699 = R12 886
€759 = R12 133
Compared to $699 = R9 967, a difference of R2 166 and R2 919. What in the actual f**k.
Suddenly my enthusiasm for switching out my OP6 has diminished substantially.
Isn't it $669 not $699?
Thoroughly enjoy Mr.Mobile's reviews.

The in-screen fingerprint reader has really been refined and I could see myself using this as the default unlock method, rather than putting an unnecessary burden on the pop up camera.
That friggin Display, I cannot get over how good it looks.![]()
This is battery life comparable to the Galaxy S10+, so it's not too bad, much better than the LG G8.Not a great deal in it then?
I think battery life is going to be one area the pro doesn’t excel. But with warp charging, at least there’s damage limitation.
Google cam port will show how behind OP is when it comes to camera software development.
