Ok that blows!
I spent most of the day being sent back and forth between their Online Sales team and the Accounts department, they couldn't proceed with the order due my previous contract from 2016 not being in a 'Settled' state despite me being on prepaid now. Then every time i was sent to the Accounts team, the system sent me to customer care because my account was not in arrears!
Finally by 5pm my order was placed, then i was advised it was in a Pending state and that they would call me back tomorrow morning. Whether they will just then call me to say there's no stock remains to be seen
