I ordered a cover and screen protector from OP with my phone and used MyUS to ship it here. Its on route after a long wait but should get it by Tuesday latest so keen. I am tossing my iPhone :)

My stuff will all land at Stackry either this weekend or on Monday. Sadly I have to wait till payday (25th) to ship it back here.

The OPO has a very durable Gorilla Glass screen, and with a cover on will be approximately the size of a car.

Even Gorilla Glass can scratch.

And you get very nice thin covers, hardly makes a difference to the dimensions.

I ordered a Nillkin Frosted Shield from Amazon. Came with a screen protector.

Rather put another piece of glass/plastic on top of the screen and replace that every so often than having to replace a whole screen (which apparently costs upwards of $200)

I'm not saying the phone is indestructible, and I'm every bit as concerned about the well-being of my OPO as any other owner. But from my experience, if you drop a phone in a way that would break the screen, a case isn't going to help at all. If you want the phone to last, just take care of it. Being able to appreciate the design of the phone that OnePlus put so much effort into is just a side benefit.

Cases definitely help a huge amount. Although you are right. Drop it in a certain way and its going to break regardless.

The phone i currently has nicks along the corners from slipping out my hands. I got a cover for it earlier this year and its definitely helped stop that.

It may not save the screen entirely but it will keep the phone looking somewhat pristine* :)

*obviously a crappy looking cover just makes the phone look like garbage so cover dependant.

Hey guys!

Looking to order an OPO during the next preorder window. Just had a question about shipping using stackry. Which FedEx option is better? International economy or international priority? Do either of those options have anything to do with the post office as some DHL options do?

Much appreciated"

If anybody is planning on using Stackry and hasn't signed up yet, pm me your email address. I'll send you a referral link and you get $10 off your first shipment.

Thanks guys.
Tell me, the email I use for the Oneplus forums signup, must it be the same email I might eventually get an invite on?
Reason I ask, the confirm your address email came through Oneplus forums, but the link is dodgy, it won't verify. I was thinking of registering again with a different email. I have send email to support to ask for a new verification link.
