Because of some software delays? Or you having problems with the handset? So lame. I'm over Oneplus. First and last one I'll own

Both. Screen touch glitches require 5 reboots a day. And this isn't the first delay. They don't keep their wordBecause of some software delays? Or you having problems with the handset?
I had screen touch issues for a bit on official CM11S, disappeared with CM12. Sure, if you've got genuine hardware issues that's not cool, but it's only an issue because the phone is imported. If it was local, you'd get a new unit without much fuss or delay. But this was the gamble we all made, knowingly. You're right, you may not wish to gamble again. Although, no point crying if you lose at the tables.Both. Screen touch glitches require 5 reboots a day. And this isn't the first delay. They don't keep their word

That doesn't mean he should accept a product that has a variety of problems. It was a risk factor, but that doesn't make a faulty device acceptable.
Precisely why my stated opinion is that he's right, he may not wish to make the same gamble again :erm:![]()
Why, because of one manufacturer providing a poor experience?
First and last one I'll own
Anyway, the point was that you mentioned there is not use complaining that his gamble didn't pan out, and I don't agree with that.
If you are selling your 1+ when you get your upgrade, contact me, shot.I wont lie I was really disappointed they missed the deadline again. What makes it worse is that I have to hear about it from a new site. They don't send out communication to their forums etc.
It's the fact they keep making a promise and a date then keep failing. Rather just say we working on it and will keep everyone in the loop as to what stage its in.
I will be getting a Samsung S6 edge next month as my contract is due for an upgrade. Oh well will have to try out lollipop then.

That purely is a matter of opinion you're perfectly entitled to. Mine is that if someone knowingly and willingly takes a gamble and loses, there's no need to whine about the other party because they lost. Find a sympathetic ear to make you a cup of hot chocolate and make you feel better, fine, but don't come home from the casino broke blaming the casino. **** happens with cellphones and any electronic hardware. Doing a direct import with no local backup is a 100% pure gamble.
Of course there is. The only difference between his method of purchase and someone in a supported country is that it's harder for him to RMA the device. Other than that, because the device is an import and not locally sold, that excuses it from device faults and failures? Sorry, no.
No, you are misunderstanding me, the point I made in my original post on the subject is that if it was a local product, a quick repair or swop would be done without much delay, if any. It's only an issue for the buyer (and one that results in him saying "First and last one I'll own") because he's stuck with an international RMA problem. That was the gamble. If local, **** happens, get the phone repaired or replaced, most often same day. This kind of service seldom results in a "First and last one I'll own" response.
Latest nightly of CM12 has finally got call recording. Works well. Also includes some April fools joke about Microsoft. This was my screen.
